Pets

In my previous life as a staff press photographer I generally found that pets tried their hardest to be included in any picture I was taking….particularly dogs! They're certainly not known for being camera shy.

Well, it's good news for dogs as I can give them the chance to star in their very own photo-shoot, doing what they do best; running, sniffing, sitting, fetching and panting.

As I work on location we can meet at a local park, public footpath, woods or the beach to get some great pictures.

Of course cats get their chance to shine too (although perhaps not quite so willingly!). As they are quite difficult to contain within the garden, it is a good idea to get as many shots indoors as possible before venturing outside.

All in all, pet photography is great fun and there's nothing better than having a great picture of your 'best friend' on the wall to brighten up your day!
